Swellow is a Flying- and Normal-type Pokémon available in 3-star Raids.
It is solo-able for high-level Trainers with teams consisting of top Electric-, Ice-, and Rock-type counters such as Mega Manectric, Therian Forme Thundurus, Zekrom, and Rampardos. Lower-level Trainers, or Trainers lacking proper counters, should Raid in larger groups (2-20) to take out the Swallow Pokémon.

OK, so this bird isn’t anything amazing. In PvE, there are many other Flying-types that outperform it, and in PvP, it does have a place, but you are better off catching wild Taillow for PvP ready IVs.
