Pidgeot is a dual Flying- and Normal-type Pokémon available in 3-star Raids.
The original Bird Pokémon is easily solo-able. Rock, Ice, and Electric counters will get it done the quickest.

Here’s about the only YouTube content on Pidgeot Raids, with some content on using Pidgeon King to solo a Machamp Raid.

ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST
Um, how do I put this delicately – Pidgeot isn’t a meta-relevant or useful Pokémon. This is coming from someone who has had Pidgeotto as his buddy for 3275 km. Really the only practical use for Pidgeot and family is evolution XP fodder. Mass evolving Pidgeys on a Lucky Egg was one of the original way to grind XP, due to their extreme abundance, 1 km Buddy Distance, and 12 Candy evolution requirement.
While there are many others in this 12 Candy Club now, I still can’t pass by a Pidgey without Pinaping it (3600+ caught and 1400+ evolved). Although, catching a Pidgeon King will give 10 candy, 20 with a Pinap, something I would have gone crazy for in the past, I would not spend a Raid Pass on this Raid.
