Metang is a Steel- and Psychic-type Pokémon available in 3-star Raids.
It is solo-able for high-level Trainers with teams consisting of top Dark-, Fire-, Ghost-, and Ground-type counters such as Mega Charizard X & Y, Mega Gengar, Mega Houndoom, and Reshiram. Lower-level Trainers, or Trainers lacking proper counters, should Raid in larger groups (2-20) to take out the Iron Claw Pokémon.

Tang by itself is not worth keeping, however, Metagross, its evolution is something you can basically never have enough of. So you might throw a few passes at Tang to get another good IV Metagross or two.
