Mesprit is a Psychic-type Pokémon available in 5-star Raids.
It is trio-able for high-level Trainers with teams consisting of top Bug-, Dark-, and Ghost-type counters such as Mega Gengar, Mega Houndoom, Darkrai, and Chandelure. Lower-level Trainers, or Trainers lacking proper counters, should Raid in larger groups (4-20) to take out the Emotion Pokémon.
