Mega Charizard Y Raid Guide

Mega Charizard Y is a dual Fire- and Flying-type Pokémon available in Mega Raids.

In perfect conditions, a 2-person Raid is possible for Trainers with teams consisting of high-level Rock-, Electric-, and Water-type counters such as Rampardos, Rhyperior, Terrakion, & Tyranitar. Lower level Trainers or Trainers lacking the proper counters for a 2-person attempt should raid in larger parties (3-20).

Note: Ideally, you want to have more people participate in the raid to complete it faster in order to gain the maximum amount of Mega Energy.

Y SO SERIOUS???

Let’s face it; Mega Zard Y is a massively overpowered Pokémon. Even when compared to its counterpart Mega Zard X, the power Y brings to the table is astounding. While not as cool looking as X, the power difference is so big that you will want to stock up on that Charizard Mega Energy. Keep up to date with the availability of Mega Charizard Y in Mega Raids by checking out the Current Raid Boss List on our Homepage.
