Mantine is a dual Flying- and Water-type Pokémon available in 3-star Raids.
It is solo-able for high-level Trainers with teams consisting of top Electric- and Rock-type counters such as Raikou, Magnezone, Electivire, and Zapdos. Lower-level Trainers or Trainers lacking proper counters should Raid in larger groups (2-20) to take out the Kite Pokémon.

Mantine has a very solid place in PvP, however, in PvE it isn’t much to speak of. Therefore, you will probably want to pass on Manny Raids unless you really wanting to use your free Raid Pass for the day. You will not get the IV’s you’re looking for from a Raid.
