Latios is a dual Dragon- and Psychic-type Pokémon available in 5-star Raids.
It is trio-able* for high-level Trainers with teams consisting of top Dragon-, Ghost-, Fairy-, Dark-, Bug- and Ice-type counters such as Mega Gengar, Mega Houndoom, Rayquaza, and Dialga. Lower-level Trainers or Trainers lacking proper counters should Raid in larger groups (4-20) to take out the Eon Pokémon.
*A duo is possible, but it’s very challenging and unreliable.

Raiding Latios is always a good idea. It’s a good Dragon-type attacker – although there are a bunch of better options – and you could encounter its Shiny form! Mint green gum anyone? Keep up to date with the availability of Latios in Raids by checking out the Current Raid Boss List on our Homepage.
