Defense Forme Deoxys is a Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon that was formerly only available in EX Raids, but is now in 5-star raids. This Forme of Deoxys is NOT duoable, but is trioable and requires three high-level Trainers with teams consisting of top Ghost- and Dark-type counters such as Mega Gengar, Darkrai, Mega Houndoom, and Chandelure.
Lower-level Trainers, or Trainers lacking the proper counters for a trio attempt, should Raid in larger parties (4-20). Keep in mind, the larger your Raid group, the faster you will be able to defeat this beefy Mythical and the less Pokémon you will have to revive.

BEEF, IT'S WHAT'S FOR DINNER
Defense Deoxys was the 3rd out of 4 Deoxys Formes to be made available in EX Raids. As was the case with the previous Deoxys is also nothing more than a “Dex Filler” to most Trainers. However, this Juggernaut does hold a strong position in the Great and Ultra League PvP metagames. Unless you are a huge fan of yellin’ “I’m the Juggernaut B*tch!” (there is a great video for this but it’s NSFW so we’ll refrain from sharing) and searching for that hundo Deoxys Defense, one is more than enough.
