Articuno is dual Ice- and Flying-type Legendary Pokémon available in 5-star Raids.
It is duoable under certain conditions and with the right counters, however a trio is easily accomplished with teams consisting of top Rock-, Steel-, Fire-, and Electric-type counters such as Rampardos, Rhyperior, Terrakion, Darmanitan, and many more. For lower-level Trainers or Trainers lacking the proper counters we recommend raiding in larger groups (4-20) to take down this Icy Bird.

Is the Freeze Pokémon worth your Raid Pass? It depends. It’s still a solid Ice-type in PvE, and it definitely has its use in PvP, especially in Ultra League. If you don’t have the Shiny, that’s another reason to raid for it. Conclusion: it’s totally up to you!
